What do you mean 'Downloads into my Winzip'? It's downloading as a .zip file?
If so, you're going to need to extract it. I am ASSUMING there will be a readme in there for installation. Usually for soft synths like this you would install (set the path to your vst folder) then it will show up in reaper.
EDIT: So I googled 'installing MT power drum kit' (Gunna scold you here a bit for not doing this yourself). Looks like you just extract the .zip, then put that folder in your VST folder. Looks like no setup executable.
And to answer your next question (the one you havent asked yet) when you first start the software you need to copy your computer ID it gives you and paste it here (http://www.powerdrumkit.com/download76187.php) and get your activation key.

Yes, As a zip file.
I tried all that..... Nothing. I've googled and watched YouTube vids on it last night. All the videos had no one having it go in as a zip file. . Still nothing. Haven't even got to the computer ID part yet. That's explained on their site and in the videos.

You need to extract it so it is no longer a .zip file. I see people putting the whole folder in the VST folder, but I think all you really need is the dll and the (theres another one I believe for the grooves).
Go into Reaper, make sure your putting it in the folder Reaper is looking in for VST's. And 'Re-Scan'.
Also this is a VSTi, it most likely will not show up in an FX bin like most of your effects. Go to Insert > Virtual instrument on new track. And you should see it there. It will then ask your routing confirmation etc. (whether you want it to show up as a stereo track or individual tracks per output).
