Twin Rail Bridge Pickup ID

Re: Twin Rail Bridge Pickup ID

You know is it a mojo winder mythology thing.
This was the main pickup game I used on my strat when I was learning
So sentimental to me..

Re: Twin Rail Bridge Pickup ID

I guess BC stands for bridge Catalina?
And back then the hot rails was the only twin rail ..

Any idea when this was made? All I know is it was before 1994

Re: Twin Rail Bridge Pickup ID

I don't know when it was made, but it is old. I always liked the original design of the Hot Rails. I still remember those vintage ads, with the weird triangle guy in them (can't find a pic of it).

Re: Twin Rail Bridge Pickup ID

Thanks
How do you know, and she "known" as a good winder?

I'm sorry. I posted that reply quick. SD does a pretty good job of documenting all that info. If you go to the Seymour Duncan FAQ, then click on "Duncan Pickup Info", then either "Labels built in or after 2002" or "Labels built before 2002", you'll find that info. You clearly have a "before 2002" style label. So, look up a label that only says "B", followed by the winder monicker, "C", there is only one choice. (Note: also, triangle base, rails.) It can be only one thing: Bridge Hot Rails, wound by Ms Padilla.

And to the 2nd part of your question: is she good? If she wasn't, Seymour wouldn't have hired her. Besides that, I've never heard a bad 'Rails pup. ;)
