The Angelus has the stock Caparison PHR/PHF set (which are kinda like a JB/Jazz, except cleaner-sounding). They're good pickups, but I'll probably end up swapping them out eventually

those angelus' are awesome, they're hella expensive though are they not. Remember looking at the dellinger a while ago, you can go those for decent prices
Hehe, four-knob ECs are common outside of the states. I got it from a guy on ebay, but yeah, the 4-knobbers are more common than the US-style ones here in Australia. Personally, I like simpler control configs, but I think the 4 knob layout looks best on a singlecut.

awesome guitars man!.. I really dig that whole aesthetic with the white finish and no binding.. a brand like schecter would put black binding on it and make it look cheesy!.. but yours is classy.. is that a 5-way switch?.. if so what are the positions?.. also is that eclipse the expensive 1500 dollar one or one of the cheaper ones?.. it looks like the expensive one
Re: Two NGDs.. Capa and ESP content.. (not 56k safe)
yea there's an LTD EC-____ line.. they've got tacky "abalone" binding.. and some pretty crazy finishes.. but yea I realize now yours is the more expensive line.. ex of an ec-1000

A JB and a 59 I have never liked JBs before, but it sounds absolutely killer in the EC. It doesn't have any ice-pick effect or anything like that. It sounds fat, full, aggressive, and balances perfectly with the '59.
