Unable to contact customer service

I've been on the phone for two hours trying to get ahold of customer service. After one hour The computer answered and asked for me to leave a message. Today is the last day of the 21 day exchange policy.

I don't want to get stuck with this pickup!

Hi there, don't worry I'm sure Riley will still take care of you despite the fact you're one day over. I know there are companies out there that are just looking for excuses to not help you the day after a warranty expires or a return period has elapsed, but Seymour Duncan isn't one of them.

I hope you weren't on hold for an hour (we don't really have a hold, it should either go to a person or VM). I'm sure he or Joey will be getting back to you today.

Thank you for replying, Scott. Yes, Riley emailed me soon after, mentioned the company was preparing for Summer NAMM, apologized for the delay,, and gave me info on how to return. All is well!
