Upgrading strat with single coil humbuckers

Hi there,
I am considering putting Little 59's in my MIM Strat (love P.A.F's). Can I use a Little 59's NECK pickup in the middle position or can I simply use all Little 59's BRIDGE pickups in all positions?
Any suggestions?
Not really looking for single coil emulation or vintage Fender sounds. Got a decent Tele for that.

welcome to the forum!

conventional wisdom is to use neck version in the neck and middle positions. if you wanted to use a bridge version in the middle it would be thicker and less bright sounding so it depends on what you want. i would stick to neck model in the neck position and bridge model in the bridge position though. the bridge model in the neck might be tubby sounding even if you got the outputs balanced with the pup heights
