URGENT: Is this Jimmie Vaughan Strat Legit?

My friend is thinking about snagging this off ebay and its going for a decent price. However we were looking at it and we think the tuners might have been switched out. He thinks the pick ups and bridge were switched out since it doesn't make any special reference to that they are tex mex or that their is vintage bridge. This will be his first strat and I don't know strat parts super well.

Could you check it out? I know its last minute but since the guy butchered the spelling of Jimmie's name we didn't stumble on it until late. It is gonna be done in 2 hours.

The tuners are correct, it also has the sig on the neck and the serial number MSN611248 indicates a Mexican made Sig model from 1996. And the JV comes with an America vintage bridge, the pic shows a vintage bridge. Can't tell if it's American or not, but seller claims its stock so it should be. I don't see anything in the auction that leads me to believe it's not real, nor do I think $300 is worth the trouble to lie about it

The auction ended, looks just like my JV Strat. Decent price...awesome neck too. Did your friend win it?

I don't think he did . I tried to get ahold of him before it ended and I left an away message for him on AIM about it. Damn.
