Some sort of looper like a loop-master. You disengage it and the gt-10 is completely out and you only need a couple of patch cables.

Only problem is, loop-master are stupid expensive for such simple things, but at least now you know what to look for. (If I'm right in the first place).
Does the GT-10 not have a bypass mode though?
