Using expression pedal with multiple effects

Hey fellas ! Im running my reverb and delay through my effects loop on my Egnater tour master - is there any way to hook an expression pedal to pull the effects out - I want to be able to swell those effects in and out of my raw tone.

Re: Using expression pedal with multiple effects

Maybe a pan pedal would do the trick?

Sent from my iPad using a bunch of electrons, copper, and probably some fiber optic cable

It looks like you can switch the loop in series or parallel. You should be able to put it in parallel, and use a volume pedal to mix it in.

Re: Using expression pedal with multiple effects

Yes I can use parallel but I don't - I run it in series cuz sounds fantastic that way😎 What are my options running in series? Do they make a device that runs off your expression pedal?

There really isn't a way to fade effects in and out like you want without running parallel in some way; that's how everyone did that back in the 80s. The only exception would be if your individual effects can be controlled with an expression pedal.

You could run effects into another amp. But you can't possibly do it in series with the pedals you have, unless they have the ability to control mix with an expression pedal.

This might do the trick for you...

https://www.pigtronix.com/products/keymaster/

Keymaster lets a musician crossfade between different effects (or entire pedal boards) with a standard expression pedal. The Keymaster also allows you to add an expression pedal controlled Blend function to your favorite delay pedal or any other effect. A player can turn effects off gradually this way for smooth transitions between tones. Blend two crunch pedals together in parallel to achieve the ultimate thick wall of sound.

(reading up on it a little... It's actually overkill for what you want, as it will do what you want and more...)

You could also try and mod this for the blend control to be controlled via expression pedal...

You could try and dig up one of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001CMGE6E/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=effectsbay-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B001CMGE6E

Also, important piece of info: what reverb and delay pedals are we talking about?

And finally, this: http://www.loooper.com/customoptions.htm.

But to be honest, the easiest answer is to just suffer using the parallel effects loop option on the amp and control it with a volume pedal.
