I'm thinking of trying out left hand Strat pickups in mine (right handed). Will there be a significant difference here since the pole height would be different? Thanks.

While still not a perfect stagger, I prefer the reverse "hendrix" stagger over the vintage stagger. As most people know, the vintage stagger is for a wound G string. So with a plain G, while "vintage correct" it's not really ideal. So I say definitely do it. In other words, its certainly no worse than the righty stagger.
