Yeah, that mug is sweet. Interesting Vai uses the latest Boss DD-7 and CH-1 when he could have anything. Also, still kicking EVO and FLO (albeit with a compensated fret setup on EVO)
I'd like to try the DM-2W, and both Drives.

I want to check out that delay too.
He's always had some boss pedals in his rig from way back. If it works, it works.
I haven't tried the DD-7 but have tired the DD-6, DD-2, and DD-3. I had a DD-2 for a long time but sold it after it say for years unused.

Is it wrong that I'm more excited about the mugs? Hell, I'm more excited about the mugs than the "presenter" about meeting his "hero".

I hope now that Boss is being controlled as a separate company compared to their parent company Roland that these new Waza pedals will be the start of a new era of Boss where they'll reissue old things and or reissue them with tweaks like the new DM-2w.
I'd really like an OD-1 and a DC-2 but am not about to pay the high prices they go for used, don't want them that bad haha.

Yeah, exactly. Especially when I can take a SD-1 and mod it to OD-1 specs (8-pin chip version). I wouldn't mind a 14-pin chip version of the OD-1 but that chip is extremely hard to come by because it's not made anymore.
The DM-1w and OD-1x seem real nice. I'm definitely interested in checking both of them out.
