It's a great bridge pickup that works mircales not only with VZ V+'s but also fralin vintage hots (and their %3 underwound versions) in the middle and the neck. Mine measures like ~7.10K, and by itself it is obviously real bright with the tone at 10. BUT it gets real good when the tone is rolled off to 5-6.
And with the pickups I mentioned above it gives a killer bridge/middle and bridge/neck tone.
I think van zandts are one of the best out there.
