Verbzilla

Thanks for recommending the pedal. It came today and I had an absolute blast with it. It was very easy to use while it delivers awesome reverb. I couldn't believe my ears.

1. Strat with surfers -> Verbzilla -> bassman RI.

I had a great fun playing some surf music.

2. Strat with surfers -> Fireball 2 -> Verbzilla -> bassman RI

The second coming of SRV.

It seems like reverb is an essential part of amp sound, not an FX.

Great pedal. Congrats, Wonsuck.

I am so impressed that I am getting another one!

BTW, did you notice how heavy it was? It could easily be a murder weapon.

Re: Verbzilla

You got that right. When I received the tracking info, I thought they were overestimating the weight in order to profit from shipping. I was wrong.:doh:

Re: Verbzilla

Try this, and see what you think...

Plug the guitar into bright 1. Use a small cable to go from bright 2 into the Verbzilla, and out to Normal 1. By bridging the channels with the reverb in the middle, you can add more size to the sound, and mix in the reverb to the warmer channel, so you have more mixing options. All you need is two 1 foot cables, and it'll give you more options. I do this on all 4 input amps like Bassmans and Plexis.

Cool, one for each foot!

The construction of these pedals is odd - the Tone Dock part is incredibly heavy, but the knobs seem rather flimsy. I can imagine if you dropped it there's a danger of snapping a knob off. Or breaking your foot. :smack:

Sounds great though.
