Looks nice, but it needs a few years on it to match the rest of the guitar.

To be real honest with you, I do not like it. You got this real nice aged cream binding going on that makes the guitar look great, and then the new white ply on that guard you put on just wrecks the vintage vibe. Of course , thats just an opinion.I'd go all black, but I do not know if they even make it.

I usually prefer no pickguard on most guitars, but that one looks great.
If you want to tone down the white you can use a non-permant marker. I use a yellow or tan marker, draw over the white, then use my finger to lightly wipe it back off. Once the ink that's left dries it stays put.
