I just saw JeffB's Hamer makeover thread and had to post some pictures of my little beauty.

I have always been a Strat/Tele player but after having this guitar for about 6 months now I finally understand why guys love LP types of guitars so much.

I have finally got in dialed in pretty well and it sounds fantastic.


Specs:
Solid Mahogany body, solid Flamed Maple top
24,75" scale, 43 mm graphite nut
Set Maple neck, Ebony fingerboard with maple binding with 22 Dunlop Accu-Fret 6000 frets
VGS-V fingerboard inlays in mother-of-pearl
'59 Neck - Woleftone Marshallhead Bridge with A8
2 RS Guitarworks 500K volume, pots 1 CTS 500K tone control, 3-way switch
Faber Tone-Lock Bridge with Faber NSWKIT STEEL Bridge Studs
Faber TP-59 Aluminum Tailpiece with Faber Tone-Lock Studs
Grover machine heads

Played one once in a store and it IS an awesome guitar.

Wow, those VGS Pro series are really good players! Wolfetone pups are amazing, nice touch to the already nice axe. Gratz dude for the bargain! :cool2:

Nice! I've been curious about them, since Roland Grapow (Masterplan/ex-Helloween) started using them.
