Anyone used the Valvulator buffer? What are your thoughts on it?

One of the best buffers out there. I had one for a while w/ a NOS Telefunken and it gave a great tone. Only downsides were the size and the quality control. When mine gave up the ghost, I was on a search for a replacement buffer and went through a few before finding I love the one Cornish makes.

It's "just" a buffer. It sounds nice but it doesn't have a huge impact on tone. It's more about not screwing up your guitar's sound than making it sound better if you catch my drift.
That said, it's probably the only device with tubes that I have no plans to sell.
