Vintage output?

Where does vintage fit into the low, medium, and high output scheme of things?
Is vintage even lower than low or what?

Depends on the pickup. Vintage Dano lipsticks are ridiculously low in output, while a PAF is moderate, and some Vintage P90's were kind of hot (~9K). I'd say that vintage style strat, tele, 'buckers, P90's, and mini's fall into the moderate category.

A vintage Super Distortion though, would be high output.
