Voice leading composition/study

Let me know if you guys dig it. I'm trying to get a good grasp of different feeling cadences by harmonizing simple melody lines. This one is a sad sounding ii9 v9 I9 that ascends into a nostalgic tension, releases into a major7 chord, then returns to the ii9 v9 I9.

Overall it's just ok. It has a few moments. The melody is weak in general. A bit too busy. Good attempt. Keep working at it! Generally impressive on a biggr scale scale though...
