Volume knob works backwards?

Hello everybody! I'm having quite a bad day. I am trying to install Duncans in my PRS and I'm having some trouble. My volume knob only works in reverse, my tone knob doesn't work and the middle position on my three way switch is out of phase. I live about 500 miles away from a tech and I've got to get this fixed. If you can think of anything, let me know. Thanks!

You wired your volume knob backwards, you wired your pups out of phase, and I don't know why your tone control doesn't work ...
The output jack's tip runs to the volume pot middle lug, ground goes to the CCW lug, and the hot signal from your pup selector switch goes to your CW lug (these are your outside lugs, swap their connections), swap the hot and ground on one pup (the black and the green), the tone knob ... just check the SD schematics section for the humbucker tone control.

If your PRS has the 5 way selector knob, I think you may have to flip one of the pickup magnets. I can't get too specific, but here's a bump so someone else can help
