Volume match a Jazz Neck

I want a humbucking single as bridge, for a Jazz neck. Anyone tried either the Cool Rails, Little '59, Hot Rails or Hot Stack as bridge, to a Jazz neck, and if so, what volume issues did you have and how did you handle them? It's for a 2-pickup guitar (no mid pickup).

I've also checked Kinman, Bill Lawrence, Fralin, Dimarzio, and it seems to be the problem that you're basically building a humbucking guitar or a single coil guitar, due to outputs being in two ranges only (3K-7K or 12K-20K). Finding a single coil sized pickup with good tone, with output around 10K or 11K is just about impossible. Some come in around 9 or 10, but often have unacceptable tonal balances. :smack:

Little 59 and Cool Rails both come in at circa 11k and would mix well with a Jazz.
