Voodoo Muff

I recently bought Little Big Muff. I mentioned it in triangle muff thread how the classic status of muffs is certainly deserved. It's really great for that smooth soloing, transparent and has that woolly growl.

Although it is brilliant at that, I found myself missing the Joyo Voodoo Octave I had on my board before. They're really different tonewise, with voodoo octave having searing saw-like highs and low end growl that sounds like tubes in amp are melting. Awesome when you really want to scream.

So, not wanting to waste my board for two fuzz boxes, and Joyo having the extra switch (octave side was pretty much useless in it.) I stuffed both in the same box:

Joyo box had less extra space so removed it, removed jacks, tone switch and cut the excess board from that side. (Damn it was tough board!, despite price they don't skimp with that) Then added the desoldered pots on Muff box and wired it up.

Went better than expected. It's dead silent regarding hum or other non wanted noise and both sides work just as they should.:smokin:
