wah potentiometer

guys, I need help on my dunlop jh1 wah i need to replace the potentiometer the question is if i replace it with the hotpotz 2 pot. Does it makes the wah frequenzy sweep like a crybaby or do i need to get the wah modded, as you know the jh1 wah is bassy.

I would highly recommend sending your pedal to John Spina...STRATDELUXER97 on this forum. John does the best pedal mods and tweaks I have ever heard! And he works cheap for forum members. He'd probably replace the pot with one from Fulltone and then work a little magic on your circuit board too. You will be astonished by the improvement John can make on your pedal. The man has Golden Ears and he's one of the nicest guys on the planet. Lew

John modded a Thomas Organ Co Wah that I have from the 60's. It is now the best Wah I have ever owned. I also have a Vox 847 & a Clyde McCoy Vox Wah. I will be sending both to him sometime in the future!
