Wailin': 25or6to4 (Santana1 with modded cc through MKIIC+)

I had a hard day today. Us older guys don't shred, we used to wail. So I plugged in my guitar and let rip. Now I feel better. Playing guitar has saved me a lot of money on counselling.
The guitar is my santana1 with the bridge pu (a cc in which I put half of a a5 and half of a a2 magnet). The amp is my boogie MKIIc+.

Hey Al!!! Digging the sound of the little Boogie :D It's thick yet clear at the same time. Nice clip, one of my favorite Chicago songs. Chewy, chewy good! Throw a little wah in there :smoker:

Thanks for listening ALF. I tend to keep the overdrive down - was only 5-6 on the clip. That keeps it from getting too edgey but it still sings. The MKII combo has a 12" EV in it but I have been playing it through a 2x12 cab with a celestion blue and a ceramic blue dog in it lately. I mike the blue and that thing has a great smooth tone to it. I have a Clyde wah but I have never really perfected it.

Thanks X. The backing track is actually a pretty good midi file I downloaded somewhere a long time ago. I simply muted the lead guitar and melody. PM me and tell me if you want the midi file or I can convert it to a MP3 file for you with or without melody and lead guitar parts.
