I received the walrus audio Melee: Wall of noise pedal yesterday and after messing around with it last night I think I'm going to have to send it back; I was planning on using the reverb features alone and blend in distortion as needed (very seldom) and I can't get a reverb only signal, I can get close but everything I'm getting through has a slight distortion to It(maybe it's the joystick apparatus) and that brings me to the 'distortion' - it's more like a fuzz so the reverb nor the "distortion" was usable by itself to me and while the pedal is VERY adventurous I don't think it would see very much use and for the price I can get a cheaper reverb. Not a bad pedal just not for me, I wish I would have been able to use the reverb by itself completely but I've got an octave reverb pedal I'll use instead. When I get the refund for this Melee pedal I'm going to use it to get the Orange Kongpresser pedal. Will let you guys know when that arrives.
