Those are set screws and bigger than 5-40, they won't replace the slotted screws in normal pickups,

Seems like the nickel plating makes it hard, I'm at work and don't have time to search but you are looking for Socket Head Cap Screws, 5-40 X 1/2" or X5/8" long.
