Wanted: Fender American Strat Body

I am looking for something dark and/or metallic. CAR, Black, Ocean Turquoise, Teal Green Mettalic, Dark Blue and on the light colors I am also considering Daphne Blue or Surf Green or shoot me an e-mail with whatever you might have.

I would prefer that it be a 2 point Trem system or a Hardtail would be even better.

I have cash and trade stuff.

Damn, I have a Warmoth body with a 2 point trem, but it's olympic white. If you change your mind on the color, let me know.

Well you guys might think I am crazy but the body I am replacing is a Fender Custom Shop 50s body in Olympic White that has yellowed nicely with some light relicing naturally to it.

The neck is maple birdseye that is dying for a darker body.

I am just going to throw mine on ebay for $1 no reserve and watch it go. You don't see alot of Custom Shop bodies for sale and people love that stuff. I am going to include the original bridge/trem assembly and bridge cover and input jack and pins too. This is a nice body and light too. The thing never had a back cover installed either so its not even drilled on the back.

With a rosewood neck this thing would make an awesome Hendrix project.

Me neither. This is a vintage Custom Shop body but the neck is modern specs with locking tuners. Thats why I would prefer a modern body actually.

Hey Dave...I initially offered mine for $175 shipped. I had a guy who said he was interested, but I never heard back from him. It's an alder Warmoth Strat body in olympic white, routed for an American Standard trem and three single coils. The body is fully shielded with copper foil, and a set of Dunlop strap locks have been installed. If you count the cost of the foil and the strap locks, it's a $300 body. It's an awesome body, but I'm replacing it with a body that is routed for a vintage trem and a heel contour.

Yeah, it has a two point American Standard trem route. I'm currently out of town until Saturday, but I think I have some pics I can send you...let me look and see if I have them on this computer.
