Wanted to Check: How to get out-of-phase Les Paul tone?

Hey guys, I wanted to do a semi-Peter Green mod on my Les Paul today before I take it to a jam thing later, and I kinda forgot how to do the mod :smack:

If I want to get the pickups out of phase with eachother in the middle position, do I just switch the hot and ground of one of the pickups? Thanks!

Can't you just turn the middle pickup around?
That's just a complete guess, I have no real clue what I'm on about.
