Hello All,

With special permission from Scott Miller of Seymour Duncan to post here, Warmoth would like to get the word out about Warmoth's first On-line sale ever.

20% off all In Stock Necks and Bodies
In honor of our 30th anniversary, we are having our first ever online sale! We've been adding lots of cool parts to the Showcase and our shelves are overflowing. So here's the pitch: Take 20% off the original prices on everything in our "In Stock Showcase" including available customizations and finishing options. Choose from thousands of custom necks and bodies shown with actual product pictures for each (yep, these pictures are the real thing; not simply representative like you'll find on some other sites). Each piece is unique, so if you see something you like, buy it, because when it's gone, it's gone. Got any questions? – feel free to call us (253-845-0403), but make those purchases ONLINE to save the 20%.

god da*m it....oh well, i guess im spending some money

Re: Warmoth's 30th Year Anniversary Sale

what you thinking about? i just picked up a candy tangerine strat body

Re: Warmoth's 30th Year Anniversary Sale

I want a reversed Strat head with a superwide nut instead of the 1 11/16" and fatback instead of standard thin. Think I could get one of those for $126 as the 2 options I listed aren't normally charged extra over the default sized necks. I did also find out you can add different sized frets or even SS for the necks you choose.

O.M.G.

I was going to get a jazzmaster, now I'm thinking a strat.

EDIT2: oh crap, I haven't done Christmas Shopping yet!

Anyone know if these bolt up with the same mounting holes on Charvel Model series as well as Fender MIMs?

Re: Warmoth's 30th Year Anniversary Sale

Couldn't resist. Ordered 3 at $141.60 each all with Maple/Maple & Stainless Steel jumbo frets. 1) Strat 1 3/4" wide nut, 2) Strat left handed 1 11/16" nut, 3) Tele left handed 1 11/16" nut.

Crazy, but when else are you going to find Warmoth for 20% off?

Re: Warmoth's 30th Year Anniversary Sale

I got a korina Firebird body with a reverse HS strat neck a few years back. It's routed for 2 humbuckers and 2 volumes and its my favorite guitar in the world now and my main player. My second is a maple tele body with a strat neck and thats my second favorite. I love Warmoth. They sell quality stock.

The holes should line up, but Charvel neck's and neck pockets are 2 1/4" which is wider than Fender's 2 3/16" (which is the only size heel that Warmoth will make). So, a Warmoth neck will fit a Charvel body, but there will be a gap in the neck pocket. A Charvel neck will not fit a Warmoth body without modification.

Love Warmoth stuff, BTW.

Re: Warmoth's 30th Year Anniversary Sale

Yeah I know about the 2 1/4" pockets and the 1/16" gap isn't a problem.

Re: Warmoth's 30th Year Anniversary Sale

Wow, lots of lefty Strat and Tele bodies!

So tempting ...

I was thinking about refinishing my #1 Strat, but maybe I should just upgrade the body. Or maybe now is the time to start a new project ...

You know you wanna do it.....go on!

Re: Warmoth's 30th Year Anniversary Sale

They have all these fields to filter necks but still none by construction. Meh.

Re: Warmoth's 30th Year Anniversary Sale

^^ Yeah their configurator was cumbersome and then the next page was easier to filter search results but I think it wasn't able to filter by neck carve (Standard Thin, Boat, 59, Fatback, SRV, EVH, Clapton, Wizard etc.)

Re: Warmoth's 30th Year Anniversary Sale

Kind of disappointing.

There seems to have been a recent price hike.

As a result, even with the 20% off the cheapest non-poplar tele body is $140 + shipping, same for cheapest Ash or Alder Strat body.

The poplar bodies are $103. But at USACG I can usually find an ugly Alder body (for solid coat) for $100. Not that poplar is bad.

For the necks I can't exclude "Warmoth Pro" in the search and I get flooded to a point where it's no fun wading through them.
