Overdrive....must be therapy???
It is like quitting coffee.....forget it...
Made some cap sauce, a mix of creamic plus tantalums and one metalfilm one...and the odd fets that are clipping their diodebridge...plus the op-amp is getting slightly overloaded too....
Sounds like this with a strat with singles, it is not a silent pedal, will redo it as a 9v(perhaps with a +-9v converter, I am in the process of hooking up with a friend of mine, we will make small numbers of one of a kind pedals...more fun in the sparetime)

Sounds like newer Beck tones. I like it!

I do not like the pedal that ppl are saying will give you Beck tones -- the Fulltone Catalyst; that thing is crap.

Thanks...eh it is alittle too nice here at home, got more of that directness on my normal amps, here I have to turn up the gain more, but it still has the almost feeding back quality I like.....in those thing feel is everything, don't like the stiff tight stuff much.
Hope to get one of my smaller amps home(allthough it is probally still too loud...haha)

Well an overdrive it is
Nothing that exists out there yet...modded might be a light expression for this one, as almost nothing is left of the basic model partwise.
The powersupply is the only thing unchanged along with the outputstage, the rest is very different
Sorry about the out of tune g-string.

Thanks....next step is to redo the powersupply thing...
Internal stuff is handy, but most use 9v supplies....
Think I will get something like the DC drives powersupply into this thing!
Hope to get this and another one done with my mate, got a two knob dirt pedal done too...just need to draw a schematic....bah...haha!

I really like the tone you've achieved here!

Yeah, it has a nice singing sound to it. Smooth and more refined... not raspy at all. Then again, I'll bet your playing had a lot to do with that.

Just back from the store, not home.....
Took for a spin on a Marshall JTM50 clone head with two Red Coat 12" speakers....
Haha now that was fun, aggressive and fat...or more docile and warm if needed...
But sweet harmonics and feedbaaaaaaaaaaaack....my kind of pedal
Took an old AC-30 and tried that one as well....aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh old and mean, very spirited....lol
Hauled out our old Super Reverb from 71.....NAG NAG we come in peace...NAG NAG Mars attacks...haha used an old 60 LP there....would have put a smile on olde Jollys face!
