I recieved a demo dvd of this over the weekend. Basically this thing is an attempt to make a perfect instrument interface to amp modeler setup. The instrument input was made to be completely transparent and match impedence. The thing is definately cool to say the least and it sounds great overall. I especially noticed some great hard rock and bluesy sounds. I could tell they were using PRS guitars to do the demo through. This is a good thing as you know its accurately reproducing sound. Is it worth some $600(native), $1200(TDM) ? To some maybe, while its a great piece of gear/plugin I actually don't think I'd pay that much for it when I could spend much less and get very good quality sounds with a POD or Boss gt-8.
