Weak output on Neck & Middle pickups

Hi, I just received this guitar and I am only getting output from the bridge position (and it feels weak as well), the neck and middle position have some volume but around 10% output. I’m sure there is some easy soldering issue but I am not seeing anything obvious. Here are a few photos - any tips would be greatly appreciated.

PS I opened the input jack and both wires appear to be soldered tightly, and the bridge is grounded.

The volume pot could be bad. I've had a switch that got broken mechanically, but I've never cooked a switch.

The black and white wires on the right side of the switch look a little gloppy. Maybe re-solder those joints?

You might try to wire each pickup directly to the jack (one at a time). This will let you know if they are working properly. What pickups are in it?
