Weird Diodes and Transistor/J-Fet replacements?

I an old schematic that I really like the sound of but they have some weird components. It's the Univox Square-Wave Shaper

Here are the components, if you know any alternatives that'd be great.

an NPN transistor - 2SC1312G
a J-fet npn - 2SK34C
2 diodes both - MD234

those are all japanese nomenclature transistors. try b and d enterprises.
