very cool .. I was looking at that very ax yesterday.
that model is the favorite of a lot of folks over on the FDP forum - I think it has the best features of new and old features for a production guitar - that is, traditional looks with a modern neck that's more playable, for me at least.

Congrats. I'm not a big fan of them and have a love/hate relationship with mine, but it goes to every job that I play guitar. They're sometimes willful and don't behave well, but with some manhandling, they do respond nicely. Enjoy the challenge.

Except mine is wasted to hell with pieces missing here and there... It also doesn't have any finish on it whatsoever - just painted sunburst. I hope you have fun with that guitar.
Its funny you should mention - i Played my tele for 4 hours today - mainly studied a jazz chord system, arpeggios, and some tunes.
