Were do I ground out to? Help please, project ground to a halt about an hour ago

I have the archtop listed below. I have no place to groud out, other than the back of a pot, any particular one: volume, or tone?

I used to ground out to third a lot. Sometimes I grounded out to first, though.

Either pot is fine.

i usually ground to short


yeah, either pot will do, just make sure you get that connection back to the sleeve of the output jack and you'll be good to go

Damn! I cannot get the solder to stick to the back of the pot. Even with scratching it up. Can I just have the ground connections go to the ground on the jack and not connect them to the back of the pot? I am using the 1 humbucker and 1 volume and 1 tone wiring setup.

Man- its really bothering me- What the he11 is your avitar!?!?? I think I know , but I'm not sure.
