Well, anyone with a soldering iron could replace the cut down cables.

I suspect that the pickup has been snipped out of a low-cost instrument. If it is that "bad", why would anyone else want to buy it?

The price needs to be super low. 10USD? No way! How about 10c? :barf:

I reckon that the advertised pickup is genuinely brand new and unused. It looks as if it has just been removed from a brand new but seriously low budget import electric guitar.

The pickup is unused because it is not fit to be used. Logically, this also makes it unworthy of purchase except by a super low budget project guitar builder.
