hey guys
im looking at buying a fully assembled pickguard that has come off a Fender highway one strat - but im not sure of the pickups inside it...

i asked the seller what type of pickups were in the guitar and this is wat he responded with:
The single coils are vintage style Strat pickups with staggered pole pieces, alnico magnets.
The Seymour Duncan I am unsure of as it was already custom fitted, it has a tag on it that says 1EV70 SH4 0110 if that helps. The complete setup is off a USA Stratocaster Highway1 which was bought new 6 months ago.

i was hoping someone here, with alot of fender knowledge, could tell me what all 3 pickups are?
im guessin the duncan one is a JB? but i didnt know they came stock on strats??

ok
thanks for ur help guys!!
Ishan

i just need to find out what model pickups are in it :)

SH 4 must be a JB.
The Fendersingles are standart A5 ones...forgot their names...have a catalouge somewhere....
Normally the humbucker is a Fender AtomicII..also an A5 when it is a bridge model.

The pickups in Highway One guitars and the Classic MIM guitars are the same, as for the bucker, It is a Fender built bucker...It is supposed to be voiced like a JB...The Singles are OK...they sound aloy like SSL-1's.

51501984,
What do you want for that loaded guardplate?

I don't think thats a stock 'bucker. Sounds like the current owner dropped a JB in there.
