What brand for necks/bodies?

I was wondering where I should buy my neck and body for for a project guitar. I know a few places like warmoth, boogie bodies, musikraft, usa custom guitars, ect. Whats are the best places quality wise. What are some of the cheaper places and is their quality not as good? Also how much does it usually cost to have a guitar put together at a local music store cause theres some things i dont think im gonna be able to do?

i recommend usacg. real quality wood and workmanship. a tad pricier but tommy's service is the best in town. also, they stock honduran mahogany for bodies.
