Honestly, already purchased it. Hasn't arrived yet. Been researching the net last few days. I believe it is the JEN model due to the white bottom.
Here's some pics I found (not the one I bought, but I'm assuming it's the same). From what I read they come with either red, white or green FASEL.

Will do. I wanted a Mister Crybaby Super to conserve space on my board (since I need both a wah and volume) but real estate is at a minimum. After I ordered it I realized it didn't have the knob or boost function of the typical ones, which had me wondering more about it. As long as it has the volume feature, I'll be content. Pretty neat if it is vintage though.
