What do I have?

Was digging thru a bin looking for parts and came across a pair of pups I bought at a show some years back. They are Bill Lawrence 4-wire humbuckers and are marked L-900L and L-900R. They have black covers (no screw holes) with "Lawrence" embossed in gold. Any idea what they are (I haven't put a meter on them to get the resistance)?

Nix on the Bill Lawrence......I pulled the insert just after submitting the post button and they are Lawrence Sound Research, Inc, not "Bill Lawrench" Would still appreciate any input on what these are.

They're Bill Lawrence L-900 pickups

Did it look like this:

If so, its one of the Jack Wackoff versions. I didn't care for it. So much so that I gave it away in the forum.

P.S. I was told that it was an L900, which is an L500 in a plastic case.

That's the same pup!! Didn't pay much for them, $5 or $10 each.......a friend is looking for something cheap.....guess I'll donate to his cause. Thanks.
