There's many ways to do it. The simplest I can think of is the line 6
guitar port. In a few months the Guitarport will be avilable with recording
software. Next you need webspace to host your Mp3s.Go to www.soundclick.com and sign up for a free account. So here's some steps
1) record music into computer
2) make the file a Mp3
3) up load it to your webspace
4) post your link on the board
It gets more envoled , but these are the basic steps.

You can record directly to your computer by two ways.
Amp --> Soundcard... however, you need a proper soundcard, and an amp with that capability
Amp --> Pod --> Computer... no quality issues because the soundcard is not a factor here
Mic... a computer mic, put relatively close to an amp. Doesn't sound good, can't really record over backing tracks (background noise, etc.)
