What effect is on the guitars during the intro to GnR's Rocket Queen?

I'm not even sure what kind of effect is on the rhythm guitars during the intro. Phase + Flange or some kinda combination of mod pedals? Friggin' Electric Wizard doesn't sound that druggy.

In case you can't see the video, here's the link:

I'm inclined to say a reverser, some delay, a rotary, and *maybe* some chorus... but I'm listening on my laptop, soooo...

Psst: OP - video links work better as http. not https...

Sounds like chorus, a delay, and a volume pedal to me.

Fairly sure it's just chorus and delay. Slash was always big on using the volume knob for swells over a pedal, too.

I hear chorus and delay on the guitar with reverb added during post-processing.

I'd say chorus, delay and the guitars volume knob too.

Thanks. It was confusing to me because whenever I try to combine mod pedals it ends up sounding like 2 trains full of cough syrup colliding in an echo chamber.
