What key to solo in help, needed soon!!

So I finally get an idea for an intro for our concept album, we get a VERY rough recording of it by slapping some mics up for the drums and a POD XT(which sucks period). We can't record it till I write a freakin solo for it, but no matter what I can't figure out what to play over it! It's not in D, E, I just can't figure it out, if you could even record a possible solo over that would be awsome to give me ideas! HELP!

I uploaded it again and it didn't work AGIAN! whats wrong here?

im not sure what scale it is called, nor am i highly educated in theory, but im pretty sure the notes of this scale are:

g#, a, b, c#, d, e, f#. hope this helps a bit.

If in fact those are the right notes, that is the key of A major (or F# minor).
