What mid ppp with DD in bridge, and volume pot?

Hey guys.. I've got a almost like new RG 550 with a maple neck and edge bridge made in 98 that I'm sticking a Duncan Distortion F spaced in.. Ok, I typically dont' use the middle pickup, but I thought maybe it would be good to use for clean passages and clean arppegio's, etc.. But I want something that's loud enough and will be good when split in the second positioin? I also want someting single coil, yet quiet? Is there such a duncan?

You mean you want a noise cancelling, yet Strat-ish one? Then go for the Duckbuckers or Vintage Rails, these are the cleanest.
