what pots? TB-6 distortion trembucker (bridge) and SH-1n '59 humbucker (neck)

I'm building a strat and am looking for suggestions on what pots to use with a TB-6 distortion trembucker (bridge) and a SH-1n '59 humbucker (neck) with three way selector switch. (position 1 - bridge, position 2 - bridge and neck and position 3 - neck) with a single volume pot and single tone pot. looking to maybe use Seymour's liberator volume pot but am open to suggestions. I know typically they use 500k pots with humbuckers but am open to opinions and thoughts. I typically play punk rock/hardcore power cord junk and some soloing stuff but rarely ever play anything really really clean sounding.

so what do you guys suggest using for pots on this guitar/setup

Thanks in advance

I'd go 500k. You could go 1 meg if you want to add some (generally nasty) treble or if things are way too dark. 250k IMO might be darker than I would like. You already have the tone knob to take away highs.

500k pots are probably the best choice for any kind of Humbucker, full sizes or not? 1meg pots also work well with buckers if you find that the 500k's are a bit too dark for your liking? The best advice I can offer would be to get some 500k's unless you're guitar is already inherently dark, Mahogany body & neck with a rosewood fretboard kind of deal? If it's not a darker sounding guitar it will most likely get fairly bright & shrill with a 1meg pot/pots? The Duncan Distortion is already kind of a shrill sounding pickup, not in a awful way but it's there & personally I wouldn't want to emphasize that anymore? So stick with the 500k's, there's a reason that's what most Humbucker guitars are loaded with @ the factory? Overall they are just the best choice for 90% of the H.B. equipped axes on the market? I have a Mahogany Tele that I put 1meg pots in because when I used 250's it was super dark & muddy sounding, I put in some 500k pots & it got drastically better, I'd left it like that for about a year but it was still always a darker sounding guitar & I was looking for a more classic sounding Telecaster so I decided to drop in some 1megs that I had pulled out of a G&L, now it's perfect!!! Mostly it's going to come down to a matter of preference, whatever pot value sounds the best to your ears but start out with the 500k's and take it from there?

Cool, thanks for the suggestions guys it's much appreciated. So like I said I think I'm going to go with Seymour's liberator for the volume pot but what would you guys recommend for the tone pot? Are they all pretty much the same from different manufacturers? Or do do you guys have any suggestions?

Thanks
