Hi, I have a Suhr Modern with koa/Pau Ferro and Suhr Aldrich humbuckers, and would prefer something more versatile. I was thinking about a 59/Custom Hybrid bridge and perhaps a PG in the nech. What would you recommend me apart from this combination? I want the neck humbucker not to be muddy, especially in the 6th string.

the SSH+ keeps the lows pretty tight. the SSH is the same, with a little less output.
the SSV+ and SSV are options for something a little more vintage (hence the V for Single Screw Vintage, where the H in SSH is Single Screw HOT).
the Aldrich came off to me as a little on the thicker side, so I can dig what and why you're looking for.

The Aldrich set are based on an overwound SSH and SSH+.
If you like the character of the Aldrich bridge, but want something a little less thick and intense, the SSH+ bridge model is really nice.
Replace the muddy Aldrich neck with an SSV and you've got a really versatile setup that's balanced and clear.

I feel they are very in your face, and not subtle. Very one dimensional. And I much prefer the SSV or SSV+ on the other Suhrs I have.

I was looking forward to trying the Aldrich set and came to the same conclusion. I didn't like them at all.
