What singles to go with a CC in an ash body

It is a little on the bright side I would like to keep the CC and experiment with some warmer singles. For Blues Clapton ect. through a classic 30

Warmer than a vintage alnico 5 single coil? I'd say the Antiquity Texas Hot or APS-1 or APS -2. Lew

I have a Texas hot neck & RW RP. I was thinking of trying. I'll give it a shot.

What I have is the pickguard I bought from DomL. I put it in the American Ash Deluxe I scored at the GC Labor Day blow out.
DomL put a 5-2 in the middle I can't remember what in the neck but he said it was a cooler PU and the CC bridge.

Boy...if you've already got them go with the Texas Hots. Lew
