Anyone? I think they're called Chicago blues? From what I've seen they're actually behringer stock which means the person lied about them being upgrades? Anyone know how these are for metal?
Sorry if you got lied to.
Anyway.....I have no experience with them.
I would try an Internet search with that "JCH 12/70" nomenclature.......and shoot an email to Jensen, see what they can tell you.
Good Luck
These are Italian Jensens, from at least '08.
"Special Design" probably means OEM (original equipment manufacturer), which means they were either factory installed or pulled from a cab.
They are in a behringer I forget the model name but the guy I got it from said the other guy upgraded it before selling to him, honestly I like the sound it just seems from what I've seen these coulda been stock not upgrades lol
found a spec sheet. It's from the Chicago series speakers, which are sold in Europe only. In the US, they are marketed as the MOD series. So basically, it's a Jensen MOD 12-70
Oem speakers are sold to amp manufacturers in bulk at a special price for installation into amps and speaker boxes. Some are specially designed for the company (like the fender/eminence special design speakers) and some are just rebadged. These ones look like they are in the latter category.
