You know, that one 212 Crate makes. Or used to make. Before the one they make now. Or the one they make now and not the one they used to make. Or the one he bought last week from that guy down the road. With the speakers that are held in by screws, which you can unscrew with this thing called a "screwdriver", and wired up with these wires that you can disconnect.
So basically by unscrewing the screws with the screwdriver and disconnecting the wires, you can replace the speakers with whatever else fits in it, and let the guy you sold it to wonder what no-name brand of crap 12" speaker you put in it before selling it to him.

I have two that came out of my GFX212 and they are labeled Crate Custom Designed. I replaced mine with a set of Celestion Rocket 50's because they were cheap. It was a worthwhile upgrade. If you want the speakers just pay for shipping and I will send them to you.

I had a Crate Palomino 2x12 a while back and it came stock with Celestion 70/80's.

I had an old 2x12 cab from 1984 that had Celestion G12L-35's. It was a very good built (real plywood) and very good sounding cab. Similar dimensions as a 2x12 Mesa Recto cab.
