After using solid states for ever, i am thinking of trying a tube amp, but i would need it to have these features:
1. Around 50 watts of power(i use a 120 SS combo so i want something just as loud, and i have never gone above 8 on it)
2. 3 channels or 2 gain stages one which is a metal-ish voiced one with lots of distortion(think of metal-ized fuzz) and a more traditional gain channel. Also it must have 2 different volumes for the gain stages.
3. It can be either a combo or a head. If its a combo i would prefer 2xVintage 30s to be in it(or something very similar) and it has to have an extention cab output at 4 ohms. If its a head it has to be able to handle 4 ohm as well.
4. Onboard reverb
5. Under a $1000 bucks
Thanks.
