What's the Fishman Fluence Black Nickel finish like?

Is it kinda like Ibanez Cosmo Black? Kinda like the EMG Hetfields?

Can't tell from the pics. On some, it just looks like glossy black. It looks darker than these finishes I mention.

I'm trying to decide wether or not the Devins will fit the aesthetic of an EC-1000SSB (silverburst... kinda) I have chrome hardware for.

It's shiny black. So way darker than the two finishes you mentioned. Looks good with chrome hardware nethertheless as it's a real contrast.

It’s not black like when a guitar has black hardware. But it’s able to be a crossover. Cosmo black from Ibanez has a pretty wide window from lighter to darker. This is on the darker side but looks good with Ibanez Cosmo and also with black hardware.
