I'm hoping someone can verify this for me...

I hear that if you don't like a Seymour Duncan pick up that you purchased, you can exchange it directly with the factory for a new one? As well as you can do this till you find the perfect one?

there is a 21 day exchange policy but im not sure you can do it more than once and as far as i know it only works in the usa. the pup must also be in pristine condition

I have done it through Long and McQuade in Canada, multiple times on one purchase. In fact, I went through half the PAF line a few years ago, and as long as each time was under the 21 days, they would allow me to try another.

It took them a while each time to order the ones I wanted, but as long as I brought them back within 21 days from getting them, they'd get me another. And yes, they have to be in great shape.

Great policy, and a great way to get to know all the models.
